Our patients help us stay on time

Nobody likes long waits at the office. Our patients help by arriving a bit early for appointments and avoiding last-minute cancellations. Certain times of the day are especially busy, and we appreciate your selecting alternate times when possible.

The busy times include after-school hours from 3–5 p.m, and all-day Monday. The most open times are mornings and early afternoons, Tuesdays through Fridays.

Forms

If you are transferring from another practice, please request your medical records from your previous pediatrician. You can have them sent to our office using our medical records request form.

Because we are multilingual, we can also work with forms in Spanish, Swedish and Hungarian.
