Diane Quinones, CPNP, is a primary care pediatric nurse practitioner at Newton Pediatrics in Waltham, Massachusetts. She is passionate about helping children integrate healthy habits early in life to reduce their risks for chronic disease in adulthood.
Ms. Quinones completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Massachusetts in Amherst. She then earned a master’s degree at Boston College before starting her career as a nurse practitioner.
She provides preventive care and manages both common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions for children from birth through young adulthood. Ms. Quinones is particularly interested in community and global health, immigrant health, sexual health, and nutrition.
To ensure she stays up-to-date with the latest best practices in her field, Ms. Quinones is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP).
When she’s not at work, she maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys running. She is currently training for her third marathon.
